Let’s cut to the chase, what Cryotherm, Inc. can do for you…

• Reduce costs
• Increase profit margins
• Maximize useful life of products
• Produce safer, stronger and better products
• Enhance corporate sustainability leadership goals
• Offer premium products at premium prices without higher costs
• Decrease carbon footprint by using fewer materials and natural resources

Cryotherm has developed a revolutionary state-of-the-art metal treatment that realigns the molecular particles of metals extending product lifetime up to 500%. Until now, the technology has been exclusively reserved for NASA and industries with endless budgets due to its cost prohibitive nature. Cryotherm’s proprietary treatment of metals has disrupted the cryogenic market by making the process available to businesses and consumers in their price point. Cryotherm’s technology has a global and almost infinite range of applications in markets that have enormous potential with minimal competition.

Cryotherm:

All wearable tools and components like brakes and engines are heat treated. A tempering process and or Cryogenic metal treatment is an extension of a heat treatment that takes the residual stress out of the metal, making it safer, after heat treatment and makes it more wear resistant. The Cryotherm Cryogenic Thermal Cycling process is capable of dramatically improving the performance characteristics of a wide variety of materials, such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, carbides and plastics and ceramics. Cryotherm is not a surface treatment and it affects the entire mass of the component being treated, making it stronger throughout and most of all dramatically reducing wear. This means the process keeps working for the life of the component rather than ceasing to be effective after the surface is worn or otherwise damaged. The hardness of the material is unaffected so there is actually less tendency to crack or chip while its strength and durability is actually increased.

Cryotherm Teams with UFC Hall of Fame Champion Ken Shamrock
Published Monday, October 26th, 2009 at 12:30 pm

Silicon Valley, Calif.– Cryotherm Inc., the developer of a revolutionary breakthrough process that allows metals and plastics to last up to 600 percent longer, has teamed up with Ken Shamrock, the legendary American Mixed Martial Arts champion and UFC Hall of Famer. This partnership will promote and build awareness of Cryotherm’s exciting and proprietary cryogenic technology that increases longevity, performance and strength of high wear, metallic and non-metallic components while supporting “green” initiatives.

It is no surprise Cryotherm picked UFC Hall of Famer, Tough Man Champion, Heavyweight and Superfight Heavyweight Champion as its spokesperson. Cryotherm’s technology makes products tougher and recognized Ken Shamrock as the personification of toughness. Ken Shamrock said: “I am very excited to be involved with this innovative and environmentally friendly company which helps law enforcement. Law enforcement can be a very demanding business and when the going gets rough, Cryotherm brings the strength and durability needed to get the job done.”

Cryotherm’s state of the art technology was recently selected by “Insights” as a breakthrough technology for 2009. Its cryogenic process is used by NASA, and has many applications in the mining industry, transportation, sporting goods, land care companies and law enforcement. Atlanta, GA will be hosting the 2009 Law Enforcement Expo at the World Congress Center, Oct. 28-30. The Law Enforcement Expo provides an annual forum for the police and law enforcement community to learn about state-of-the-art technology and equipment to assist them in keeping our streets and communities safe. Ken Shamrock will be in attendance signing autographs and showcasing the Cryotherm technology.

What is Cryotherm?

Cryotherm is what we call a proprietary, Cryogenic process developed to improve the performance, strength and longevity of a variety of materials. Applied chiefly to metals to-date, the process also is beneficial to certain plastics, polymers and composites.

During our proprietary cryogenic process, materials are alternately cooled and heated until they experience molecular reorganization. This reorganization "tightens" the structure of the material throughout, making it denser and uniform (thereby removing flaws). It also impedes the ability and tendency of metals to vibrate, eliminating that as a factor in fatigue and eventual failure or breakage. The result is greater strength and durability, and enhanced performance.

Finished goods, component parts and raw materials can be treated in a customized process that takes 6 to18 hours to complete.
